Mission statement
The Rural/Metro Local 3878 Firefighters mission is to save lives, protect property, and serve the citizens who have entrusted themselves and their families to us. We are a united group of Professional Firefighters that come from different walks of life. Bonded through our work and strengthened by our diversity, we place our members of our Association on a higher plane of skill and efficiency while cultivating friendship and fellowship among all members and the communities we serve.
